Savannah and Sarah, also known as The Church Sisters, grew up in Southwest Virginia. The girls began singing publicly after winning the WAKG (https://www.wakg.com/) Rising Stars Talent Competition in 2007. They went on to form a family band with their stepfather Jay and brother Seth and started touring their home state playing for small and large audiences.
