Michael Ferro is a singer-songwriter, pianist, and soul singer whose vocal tones have been compared to Michael McDonald, Van Morrison, and Chris Stapleton. With over 40 years of professional performances, Michael’s career has taken him across the United States and Europe, including opening for Barry White on the 1995 European Icon Tour, singing with Branford Marsalis’ band during shows in Germany, and opening for the Gin Blossoms.
Charlie Young began writing tunes and performing alongside Michael, helping shape the musical chemistry and storytelling that defines their work together. Their songs carry the feel of lived experience—honest, soulful, and rooted in connection.
Together, Michael and Charlie are also founders of the Bamboo Chicken Festival in Belize, a celebration of music, culture, food, and community. They have recorded in legendary Muscle Shoals, Alabama, bringing that same spirit of Southern soul and authenticity into their music.
