Wayfarer’s Lemon Herb Chicken & Garden VegETABLES

A light, clean plate for wanderers with roots.
This citrus-herb blend simmers slow and easy, soaking into every bite of chicken and fresh garden vegetables.

Ingredients:
4 Organic Bonless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon, sliced thin
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp each: dried thyme & rosemary
Sea salt + cracked pepper to taste
1 cup baby carrots
1 zucchini, 1 yellow squash – sliced
1 small onion, sliced
½ cup clean chicken broth

Crockpot Directions:

Layer vegetables, then nestle in chicken. Top with garlic, herbs, lemon slices, and olive oil. Pour broth around edges.

Cook on Low for 6–7 hrs or High for 3–4 hrs

Serve with wild rice or roasted potatoes.
